Strategic plan 2026 to 2031
The Board of Management held its second strategic planning session during the 2026/27 season. The result a refreshed club’s five year strategic plan, summarised here.
The new plan acknowledges the significant efforts that are going to be required over the coming years as we consider a rebuild of the club house.
As Vice President Linda Perrin said in the 2021/22 Annual Report: “Any plan is only good if we continue to review, use it, edit it.”
