The education team has some courses coming up if you’re keen to up-skill your resus & spinal management training.
ARTC
The Advanced Resuscitation Techniques Certificate (ARTC) teaches the principles of airway management and oxygen aided resuscitation.
This course will run over 4 evenings
Dates: 16, 17, 23 & 24 April
Time: 6pm – 9pm
Location: Heritage Room
Spinal Management
The Spinal Management Certificate addresses the need to identify and manage victims with suspected spinal cord injuries in the aquatic environment.
Dates: 15 April
Time: 9am – 3pm
Location: Heritage Room
For the Spinal Management course you must be proficient in one of the following SLSA awards to commence training:
- Bronze Medallion OR
- First Aid
